I've taken many portraits before, but this is my first attempt using studio lighting. Comments and critism would be very much appreciated. In some of them, the lighting probably is odd and harsh, but I was experimenting with all sorts of lighting.

Does anyone have any input?

2nd image top row is the best of the bunch if you're going for 'typical' lighting. The others are quite atypical and not to my liking.

Thanks for your comment! I appreciate it. Yes, I see what you mean. In the future, I will probably work more with "typical" lighting, but I also enjoy experimenting with the effect of the "atypical" lighting as well. Again, thanks!
