I want to cut a photo into cubes and then be able to manipulate them on different layers. Before I go through the work, is there a plug in or filter that does this?

Judy had a SUPER cubie collage of her work once. I cannot find it here or on her website now but if you contact her, she might be able to help you if, indeed, this hers is near the type of manipulation you were striving for.

NSFW = not safe for work / usually indicative of nudity in the image(s)

Bah ... in THIS day and age someone cannot condone a peek of a breast? My goodness. They sure wouldn't want to watch TV commercials in Belgium! ... and DEFINITELY would not want to see what the local channels here put on the air at 2 am regarding SMS chat lines with full frontal nudity to spur someone on to SMS chat with text to some grandmother or other. Man!
