Hello folks,
I am posting this to get some feedback and make sure I am headed in the right direction... so please comment and let me know what you think.

I am going to be doing some business headshots coming up soon and I want to practice on working with the available lighting I have to optimize the photos.
What I plan on using is 2 vivitar 285HV off camera flashes, both with large silver umbrellas and stands. I also have some reflectors I can use as well, and am open to other suggestions.

I am looking for general feedback on what you like about the lighting setup, and what you don't like- and how you think it could be improved.
More details of actual lighting position in the photo details.
