Howdy folks,

I'm looking at buying a lightstand, a medium sized one. I have a lightstand with a Bogen/Manfrotto umbrella/flash mount adapter thingy, which I don't supposed would work.

What adapters can you get for the lightstand that enable me to use an off-camera flash (Vivitar 285) and attach the softbox to it? Any ideas? I've had a look around but so far, no cigar.
