Disclaimer: Shamless Plug.
I'm currently in the process of building up a new site geared towards post-processing for photographers, nothing big, nothing commercial, just a fun niche community with no grand plans in minds. You can check it out here:

If you're into post-processing and like the site, feel free to join :) I'll definitely get a DPL team running from it if everything pans out (and as always, refer users to DPC :D).. last but not least, the little advertising is just towards server costs...
The site is not live yet per say, just throwing it out there to get feelers from the fellow DPC community :)
