Need your expert advise guys! I am looking at purchasing a domain name, i have set up a basic website here and would like to use the domain name. Question is where is best place to get one and would i be better off using them to host my site aswell? Not got many shots worthy of display yet but just looking into it as an option.

I looked at 1 & 1 .co.uk prices seem ok. Bearing in mind i do live in the Uk.

Thanks for your help

I'm very happy with GODADDY.Com they have different plans for different budgets and needs. They are also very reliable and have good tech support.

I use namecheap.com, under £5 per year for a .com with the current exchange rate, and you can use PayPal :)

I register all my names with godaddy, fair prices and powerfull name management tools.

I havent used them for web hosting but they sem to offer decent plans.

I got my site through clikpic.com. I got to keep my domain name and overhauled my website in the process.

It isn't up to scratch yet, but you get the idea.

I still have my hosting in the UK, and have been using RedFox Hosting //redfoxhosting.co.uk/ and have found them to be very good and reasonably priced.
