When I open my photos in Windows Pic viewer, they look like cell phone camera quality. (they are ok in photoshop) I have Windows Vista, Hp w 2207 Monitor set to 1680 - 1050 resolution.
Any tips.

Can you use the snipping tool to do a screen capture of what you're looking at, and post it somewhere? (In the Start menu, type snip in the Start Search field for the snipping tool.)

What is the resolution of your pictures? Increasing the size of a small picture can make it look awful. |

If they are RAW files you may have a problem viewing them with windows software you may need a proper viewer to see them properly |

What, exactly is the resolution of the image you are trying to view?
An image that is 400 x 600 will look awful if viewed on a 1680 x 1050 screem and sized to fit the screen. |
