How come i got a dq on this picture because i added text,
and someone did something similar on this one,
I know the second one is a much better picture but whats the difference in adding text?

| The difference is that the second one was entered for the 'Postcards' challenge. The rules there were modified a lit bit to allow for text...because Postcards typically have text on them. |

Well 2nd shot you link to, the opera house. That challenge had an extra flag, "Extra Rules
You may add text to your entry during editing." |
