i cleaned the sensor with eclipse solution and sensor swab. after i cleaned it, there are still black spots on it as swell as other particles. it came from the mirror and the glass where the 9-af points are. i wasn't able to remove the dust particles and spots from that focus mirror/plane. not sure if anyone has this type of problem. if anyone has any tips to offer, i'd greatly appreciate it! thanks in advance!

Are you seeing these in images or when looking through the camera?
