Luminous Landscape Review: HyperDrive ColorSPACE

Interesting, I had never heard of this unit before. I've been using the 40Gb Epson P-2000 for a couple of years now and have been very satisfied. But this drive looks interesting. A couple of things that piqued my interest:

- 250Gb system only $459 (I think I paid more than that for my P-2000 when it came out)

- Not only is it battery operated, but it recharges off the USB connection

- Copies SANDisk Extreme IV cards at about the same rate as I get off of my firewire card reader (4Gb in 4 minutes! try that with a USB 2.0 card reader)

- Accepts different card types (my P-2000 accepts CF and SD, but for some reason can't read my SD cards coming off the Canon 1D Mark III)

The only downside? It has a smaller screen than the P-2000. But then again... I only rarely use the P-2000 to show pictures to people. So maybe that's not such a bad thing.

Has anyone tried one of these? What do you think?
