My Agency is looking to purchase a peripheral DVD burner unit. We need it to make copies of video interviews and interrogations for archiving of evidence.

I need suggestions from folks here on good, reliable, easy to use peripheral DVD burner units that can be connected to laptop computers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have an external burner. I just got a LITE-ON internal drive and an external enclosure for it. It's been working great for the past 4 years. Connects with USB 2.0 to my laptop and is worlds faster than the internal drive.
