What speed SD card should I pick up for a Pentax K100D Super? I'm buying the camera shortly and was thinking about getting the Lexar 2 GB Professional 133X SD Card (Mfr # SD2GB-133-381E).

What do all of the K100D users out there prefer?

Most any will do. I have some SanDisk Ultra IIs, a regular SanDisk, and a couple others. Unless you're frequently shooting in burst mode, the higher speeds don't really matter. More important is the size of the card. I use mostly 2GB cards, which hold about 600+ pics in high quality JPeg mode, less if you plan on shooting RAW all the time.
