i'm going to scream !!!
ok .. just rant .. with bit of warning built in ..

i tried to upgrade to CS3 /
bought though the adobe website 199USD +tax it wouldn't upgrade !!

what the support person told me last week was i could move from Adobe
Creative suite Educational to a single license of non PSCS3 was NOT correct
i would have to upgrade the whole creative suite ... (499usd+tax)
-no thankyou-

i asked for a refund from customer support (over the phone)& they tell me -- it will take 2-3 weeks to process a refund !!!
for a payment i made 2 hours ago ...

anyway ..
i will purchase PSCS3 stand alone educational version next course i take
.. & follow the upgrade path with that ..

aaaghhhhhh!!!!

Sorry to hear about that. Adobe's handling of this latest upgrade has been terrible to say the least.
