Hoping someone can answer the following question for me.
I have a backdoor Adobe link that offers upgrade from Elements 5 to Photoshop CS3 for just $299 USD but for American and Canadians only.
My daughter can mail it to me as she is in America but I want to know if there would be any reason this would not work for me once I get it home to Australia?
Is my Elements 5 version an 'Australian' version in anyway?

I would take the CD not the download if you are worried about it. I wouldn't think Adobe has Australian versions of CS3 or Elements for that matter. I did this offer and had them mail me the CD.

Thanks Dave. Will definitely go the CD way.
How simple is it to install, do I use the same number keys (password or whatever you call it) from elements to install this or is there a new set?
A bump to check if anyone else knows if there would be a problem.

| You'll get a new key. If this is anything like Adobe's other upgrades, all you'll have to do will be to put in your Elements CD at some point during the install to confirm you own it and then it will simply install CS3 for you. |

I don't know if this helps but when I purchased my wacom tablet it came with elements 3. I went to the wacom site looking for some accessories and found a link to upgrade to PS3 for $299.00. I Called adobe and asked them if it was an upgrade or the full version. They told me it was the full version on CD with it's on license key. I ordered CS3 from Adobe and received it three or four days later. It was in fact the full version and I did not need elements 3 loaded on my computer for it to run. I did not have to use the elements CD or license key at any point during installation.
Go with the CD. It will come in a Nice plastic case with paperwork (no paper manual) and your license key.
