| is there a remote that will allow me to pres it and it will do continuous shutter for as long as i hold it down? i would like to do some snowboard shots but sometimes the est shot comes fromthe landing... and the takeoff is not visible so you miss the inital jump... im more intrested in wireless but a chord would be ok... although the cord would have to be substantially long |

Here's a DYI option. Telephone line would work well, which can be bought in pretty decent lengths.

I think as long as you put the shoot mode (Drive mode) to continuous shooting, the remote should be able to handle it as long as you hold it down. |

Hi,
I have the canon remote control for the 400d and you can switch the camera to manual, stick it on bulb setting then click once to open the shutter and click again to close it. I've done exposures of 30mins+ with this. You can start it, have a shower, make a coffee, then close the shutter and see what you get.
Mine was £6 from eBay and is the official product. |
