In a very short time I would like to have placed the order for either the Canon 100-400 or the Sigma 80-400 mm lens.
Any final say anyone?

100-400mm because it is white and gets you into a lot of places :)

Seriously can't speak for the Sigma but the 100-400mm is a sweet piece of gear. I'm trying to figure out why I waited so long to get mine.

Here's a site to compare the two lenses.

I love my 100-400 but I have heard others complain about the push-pull zoom. I have no complaints about the lens though.

Thanks. I ordered the Canon 100-400 alongside with wireless set of two 580 ex II flash lights and a Macro 60 mm lense. I should get them in four days.
Thanks guys
