I am having FUN this year....
Normally i am so busy I wait until the last minute, can you believe tomorrow is Dec 1 and I am just about DONE with shopping?!?
however, I STILL havent done pics for our christmas cards.... sigh....
priorities right??
So how is everyone elses shopping going? |

I'm almost done... not a big list of people to shop for, but I try to get the ones on it something they will enjoy.
This year I did something I thought was quite funny. I bought my mother an Nintendo DS and my Dad speakers for his truck... talking about role reversal, huh? :-)

LOL! That is funny. My mom wanted Guitar Hero III for her wii! How funny is THAT?!?
I did manage to find guitar hero, but for ME ME ME.... oh and I bought ME a new camera lens, OH, and an mp3 player.... oh and what else??? OH, hubby is getting me a studio set up... woo hooo....
I did 8x10 framed photos for some of my family members. Still have a few more to do. |

oh I know this is far from perfect, but I caught my 83 year old Granny with her tongue out... she is a HOOT and a half... anyway, I had to play around with the photo, since I teased her for days that I was going to frame it for her.... so I blurred out the background (my mom and my aunt) and did a slight desat, then parchment overlay... while leaving Granny untouched.... she really does look that good....
So I had it printed into a 10x13 to hang on her wall...
