I joined I just don't know if I will go back. Already too many damn websites to keep updating.

LOL... true
I got a warning already about the risqueness of some of my photos ...LOL.
It seems they want to keep the site very clean and are offering incentives to snitches.

Well I don't have any risky photos so nothing to worry about. Of course no one will pose for me though.

| Ya, it would seem that they reward people for telling on others that post unclean stuff. My bet is that myspace has nothing to worry about. implied nudity is what myspace is all about. |

I must say I love pushing it on myspace... don't think Yuwie is going to be as forgiving.

anyone looking at the sites saying its a scam? just type yuwie into google and you'll get a few. that's always what I do with a new site.
But I guess since you aren't ever putting money into it, it can't be that bad.

hmmm so i was doing some research on it and happened upon
ShareAPic
which I guess is the same idea only with photo hosting. Might be of interest to everyone. :)

Hey, that's pretty neat :-D
I thought it might be a scam too, but haven't found anything on the inside yet that suggest it might be. Really the only info they have at this moment about me is my paypal addy...

The past two days the site has been crashing firefox every time I get on it... so... uh, I'm not so sure I wanna be on there right now.

I haven't been to the site but I gather it's kind of like a "radio station" site I joined 10 years ago. It was supposed to pay you for every hour of listening as well as for bringing in referrals. It kept a running tally and, as I recall, you could request payment after you reached a certain earning level ($50? $100?) There were several "stations" available, the music was decent, no investment, why not?
Well, it's true, there was nothing to lose, but nothing was gained either. First came changes to the earning structure, then to the payment structure, then delays to when payment would be available, etc. etc. until the site finally just disappeared. Nobody that I know of ever did receive any payment.
Since then I haven't bothered with earn-by-use/referral sites, though I might be convinced when you guys get the cash in your hands :) |
