OK, warning, not for the faint hearted, but check out the images in the link below to find out what happens when a Gull downed by the mighty Peregrine falcon, doesn't get properly dispatched by its assailant. NASTY!

Anyone get a read of the text?
Looking for a translation site, but couldn't tell which language.
Think its Danish, but the translation site would only translate half the words. (the shorter ones)

I want to know if they left the pigeon to take care of itself or if they finished it off. Seams like they owe the bird something after watching the show.

(ETA by they I mean the photographer and party)

Bird necks are REALLY skinny. I don't think there's much missing but feathers and skin actually. You can easily survive a scalping, for example; happened often enough in the wild West.
