James Blake Miller.

Lots to think about in the articles and the 3 part video on this page. Interesting photography in the presentation. Don't think I've seen this posted here.
Sorry if it has, but on this Veterans weekend maybe it needed to be posted again.

Wonderful images and narration. I can't believe the senator that he went to see was "too busy".

Perhaps our men and women of Congress should look back to when the Vets came home from Vietnam and realize that just because our soldiers are home the war isn't over for them...

Thank you for sharing this touching look into Mr. Miller's life.

The videos didn't work for some reason, but I read the article. Very sobering.

I really appreciate the time and effort that goes into big ongoing projects and stories like that. I'd like to be able to do that eventually.

a very moving, sobering story. I was literally in tears.

An emotional and well-presented story, showing the true cost of war.

Although I don't see how the Marlboro Marine photo can be compared to Iwo Jima. I would've thought something like the toppling of Saddam's statue would have been closer to Iwo Jima as a captured moment (being more symbolic of 'victory')

Thanks for posting this. Very moving. More than I anticipated.
