I submitted a ticket with all my changes to the SC for review, but I want to throw this out there. Is changing the hue on a photo to make it appear more of a specific color legal under basic editing?
In other words, if I get the hue/saturation and manipulate the cyan hue to be more blue. Is this allowed?

Yes, as long as you apply the change to entire photo.
