I don't want to make the same mistake twice of wrongly interpreting the basic rules. so I have a tiny question, if someone would be so kind as to anwser this?
Is dodging and burning considered spot editing?

| yes, don't do it in basic. Its a no no, because it affects not all the pixels evenly, basically. |
