| I cannot understand. Some comments I made are there and some are missing. What happened? |

Check to see if your comment is under the photo rather than in the forum.

| Were some long comments that took you a while to complete? I've had some (very frustrating) instances where I spent a while making a long comment, taking quite a bit of time, and it seems the server somehow times-out on me, and the comment doesn't post. The clue when it happens is that instead of going on to the next photo after your vote, it goes back to the challenge page, showing the thumbs for all the pics you haven't voted on yet. |

Yep, had this happen to me as well, but not of late. I took to copying long posts to the clipboard prior to hitting "post", just in case it didn't post. Then I could go back, & hit paste.

| Long comment. I did not checked to see if there are other missing. If it happened to others before than it is not such a mystery. I couldn't say at the time what happened because I voted first and couldn't comment on all the photos I wanted to. So I returned another day for comments only. Well... thank you for enlightening me anyway. Next time I will double check. |

I've taken to typing long comments into Word and doing a spell check before pasting them into the comment window. I find I am missing more and more keys each year or switching them within a word. Sentances end up losing a letter here or there.
This also helps if you lose the internet while entering a comment. |
