Back when I was looking for a good place online to purchase a new camera I had a website pointed out to me that was kind of like the BBB. It had ratings on if an online store was reputable or not and for the life of me I cannot remember the name of the site. I tried to search on here and am coming up empty...
Can anyone refresh my memory for me?
I have a friend who just bought a camera online at a place called FotoConnection and really got screwed. The camera is a knock off, the lens they upsold here doesn't even fit the body and they even upsold her a $130 battery....She is disputing the charges on her credit card and trying to send everything back (they did not include a return mailing address). I want to give her this website to search for other online stores and/or to "report"/post about how bad this one was.
