Day 15 - Odd reflection effect.
I was trying to shoot leaves just below the surface of a small puddle. Instead of focusing on the leaves or the surface of the water - the camera seemed to find focus at the projected location of the reflection. |

| Sorry guys, life got in the way. And seems like it will continue to for the next week or so. So I wouldn't expect any shots from me in the next week. The good news ... I'm taking the laptop on my business trip ... I won't be able to load shots ... but I will be able to catch up on my commenting (I hope). |

My dog died on Friday so I have not felt like participating. I may try and catch up with you guys towards the end of the month.

Michelle, sorry to hear about your loss. Our four legged friends are just as much a part of our families as the rest of us, and losing one is painful and sad. I've lost a few in my life. The good news: we have all those wonderful memories for the rest of our lives. Take care, and I hope you are able to join us again soon. |

I appreciate the comments and photos - you guys are wonderful! Barney was fighting lymphoma all year. And he had a lot of great moments but this past week, everything went downhill rather quickly. He would have been 12 in January and we've had him since he was 2 months old. Sorry for blathering on, but he was my first baby and i miss him! And now I have to deal with his very sad partner in crime, Coco, who has been with him since the beginning too.
Sorry to take up the side challenge space for this, but I really miss the little furbaby.
