Could we have something printable to show in our resumes when we won awards... to attach to our resumes, or hang our walls? I am not talking about the ones we do it ourselves, but something from DPC.
And where are those shirts hats and mugs? 5 years, thousands of members. Com'n, I want my DPC shirt and mug! |

Usually you have to have commitments from people to make the initial order.
I take a 3XL and I want a hat, too!
ETA: I like the printable awards idea, too.
As long as it's retroactive so I can print out my one lonely red!

did you look at dpc prints? you can work something out there ... |

No man... here is what I was thinking. If you won an award, very simple, on your ribbon, click and takes you a site with a nice frame, and bigger ribbon and your username, challenge you won date and all that stuff, so you can actually print it out.
I am not sure "every" photography place give such an option, but the one I am member of (other site) takes you a page for you to print out your award :)
...which could be a good idea. I sure would like to hang something on the wall, that shows my proud award from a respectable site like DPC :D

i know exactly what you mean, and it would be quite nice. i have a few printout ribbons from that site, and it does fell good...

I'll take one Girlie T-shirt size L or XL (need to fit 'the girls' in there),in black with a nice big blue ribbon on the front :P
do you send overseas?

Long as you are on the topic about things missing from DPC, I am wondering when the user ratings on lenses and cameras which has been coming soon every since I first starting logging on to DPC nearly 3 years ago is actually going to arrive?

I'll offer to hand deliver and test fit "the girls" into the proper size shirt for you if that is what it takes to get them to print you the shirt. :D

DPC prints already offers shirts, mugs, and mouse pads, it seems like a simple transition to getting one of these items made with your winning photo and the addition of a ribbon and a small line of text.

I'd buy a DPC hat, mug, and shirt too. This has been suggested many times - it'd be nice if it could finally happen :-)

The response we got from DPC is "We're working on it"
If we have to wait that long, I think there should be "DPC" printed walkers too with mugs and shirts... we might need them after all that wait :P

Matt, I'll tell you a secret, if you promise to keep it to yourself ;-)
I've never drunk a drop of coffee in my entire life.... I dislike the smell of it and because of that I've never, ever wanted to taste it.
I'd use the dpc coffee mug for my tea, of which I drink gallons every day ;-D |
