Is fading along the edge of a photo considered a border? Is it allowed under basic editing? An example is something like this...edge is faded against a black border and then a line border added:

//home.cinci.rr.com/pochard/eden2.jpg

not sure about the fade but the inside border is fine.

I dont see why not since it is being applied to the whole picture. Might wanna hit the admins up with an email to make sure. Help>contact to do this.

Anything goes with borders, unless you are adding artwork or text.
