I've agreed to email a photo file to someone I used in one of my recent photos. In exchange for a Photo Consent I've agreed to send him a copy of the photo file for his personal use. He would like a file large enough to print a 16x20 print of the photo. I haven't done much printing yet, so... What type and size of file should I send? Thanks.

Takes a 28 megapixel camera to make 100% crop 16x20 images?

A 16x20 is 4 times as large as an 8x10. But, there should be no issues with upsizing a D70s file to that.

The file I have is 2000x3008 @ 240 dpi. I guess that'll have to do. Thanks.

When I save it to send, should it be jpeg, or another file format? Should the profile be SRGB or working CMYK or what?

When I Save for Web I've set the quality at 100 and have a file size of 4.4M. Does that sound about right?

I generally use Save As, but yeah that sounds about right.
