this is a picture of my brother on his longboard. took it with my nikon d40 with a 18-55mm at at 55mm and f/10 and 1/100 sec shutter. in photoshop, i cropped and rotated it a little, noise ninja, smart sharpen, and adjusted the levels and color a little. general thoughts?

Nice job panning though images this size should really be posted as a link.

While I like the impression of speed, I think it would be more effective if the guardrail behind your brother was either level, or even going down a bit. As it is it makes him seem to be defying the laws of physics...

Otherwise not a bad longboard shot.

I like the shot, although I think ya might have leaned a little too much on the neat image.
