To the webmaster(s), admin(s) and anyone and everyone:
As a newbie with a camera trying to learn I believe it would be encouraging to us newbies if the challenges were designed with the newbie in mind. Not that the challenges are hard but they are to open. what I mean is that you have people who seem to have an eye for photography and other (like myself) who don't, atleast not yet. All these people are competing for the same prize. My suggestion is this; what about different levels for the photographers to compete in. Newbies, amateur, advanced, semi- pro, pro, or something like that. I know adding new things to a website is tough, boy do I know, but I think this could be a very encouraging to newbies as well as seasoned vets. Plus this could solve some other problems I see poping up, like all the posts and threads about "no water effects" popping up. To a person, such as myself who have never seen it, this is something cool and is something to try. but how do you know if your photo is good or not if you don't ask for feed back but then again who want feed back from people who have mastered it and are sick of seeing it. I feel there could be a lot of pluses to this for newbie and advanced alike. Just a suggestion.
