I have been editing pictures today and ever since I have been using my 40D, I seem to have color issues between CS3, Photomatix, Noiseware Community Edition and saving for web.

For example:

Create a pseudo HDR with Photomatix and tonemap.

Open the jpeg with CS3 and edit it until I am satisfied.

Convert image from psd to jpeg and do some noise reduction with Noiseware Community Edition

Think everything looks great and re-open it in CS3 and the blue sky is slightly purple and the image is a touch washed out.

Resize and add border.

"Save for web" reveals a super saturated blue sky back in CS3.

What is going on?

My camera is set on sRGB...should it be adobe RGB?

ETA: I have never had these issues when I was using my 350D
