I have Adobe Photoshop CS version 8.0
I am wondering if there are any techniques, plug ins or actions to be able to perform some kind of HDR technique? Maybe you guys can help me out? please, please, pretty please? lol

Here buy this tutorial It has a HDR technique in it.

Just a lil free promotion.

Photomatrix has a tonemapping filter plug-in for Photoshop CS. It's not a free plug-in but it's very nice and legal in basic editing.

I don't know of any actions (unless you create your own) or plug-in's for HRD. I use RawEssentials to obtain my exposures for HDR then run it through Photomatrix pro and into photoshop CS.

let me rephrase so my thread doesnt get hijacked...

I am wanting to know if adobe cs photoshop vers. 8.0 has the capability for HDR techniques.
