I have been awol for a long time, going through a terrible period in our lives that hopefully has passed, and I was checking out some stats on my personal page when I came across the fact that a friend of mine that I had recommended this site to had picked out one of my pics as a favorite. This is all background if you care. LOL
Anyway, this was a woman I had met on the animal boards on ebay - which has postings mostly concerned with pets/animals rather than collecting the figurines. I had never realized she had joined here or had picked out one of my pics. She passed away, probably within a couple of weeks of joining, and I noticed that she had never entered any of her pics, some of which I had seen and were very nice of her dogs.
Now for the oddity, (I know, about time!!) She owned a camera not too many have, a Minolta RD-175, only 8 users here for that - I checked it out and there are 0 pictures entered for that camera! Just wondered how many cameras have that, would not think there are many, if any others that have 8 or more owners and no entries. All she (or any of the others) had to do is enter one and she would be on the list, probably permanantly as there should not be too many more coming into dpc with that camera. Heck, even the "Mattel Barbie Photo Designer Digital Camera" has pics listed, LOL.
I should not laugh, 80% of those scores are higher than mine!!
