just thought it was cool that this one went right over our house. i shot this no more than two steps out our back door, looking directly up. i had to move two steps out so as not to get the roof in the shot.
last summer we had one pseudo-crash land in our yard. they didn't actually crash - but had to make an emergency landing. funny thing about that was that an FAA guy was riding with them. when they were all packed up they gave us a bottle of champagne...
this one didn't crash land as far as i could tell. they were floating as a pair. the other one was over the field behind our house.

alright - hot air balloons over your house aren't good enough huh?
well how about a crazy flying guy with his fan powered parachute machine ( no lie ).
