Are all (Blur)s allowed in basic editing - Surface, smart, shape, radial, motion, lens and average.

| Nope -- only "regular" blur and Gaussian Blur are allowed in Basic. |

And radial and motion blur are likely to get you DQ'd if you use 'em in advanced; be careful.

And average would likely just suck. :-) Especially in normal mode

before i bug sc, does anyone know if "match color" is allowed
in basic?
