This is a Photo of a Girl called Shyla on the morning of Her Getting Married.
I got her to collect Her thoughts and this was my interpretation of the start of Her Day.

Like the second one best, the first seems to "gritty" for such a tender occasion. Also, I think they seemed to "posed" for such a moment. Instead of backdrops, etc. I (personally, YMMV), think seeing her "in the scene" of getting ready, etc. tells more of a story than a studio shot that just happened to have been taken before the wedding as opposed to after or two weeks before. The only thing communicating this is just before her wedding is the timestamp in the EXIF.
Even posed in the preparation surroundings would have been clearer.
But in all, good shots. Just commenting on the theme. No offense, ok?

The first one (B&W) is the clear winner for me. If this begins her day as well as the "recollection", then the B&W is perfect as is her pose. I just wish she had more of a Mona Lisa smile.
The second is - hard to find the words - I just do not like it. What is she looking at? If she is thinking about the coming day, then the expression seems wrong. I don't know - it just does not fit.
The first one is great!
