This is not a gripe - just an observation.

The scoring for my Still Life With Motion image was quite interesting to me.



Not having any formal training in art or photography, I guess I mis-interpreted the meaning of "still life". Interestingly enough, I think I was not alone, based on my score distribution.

- Six votes of 1
- Six votes of 2
- Twelve votes of 3
- Twenty-four votes of 4
... A bunch of 5 and 6 votes
- Fifteen votes of 7
- Eight votes of 8
- Five votes of 9
- Five votes of 10

So I think a good deal of voters felt the shot was way off from being "still life" and voted very low and some didn't know or didn't care that it was not "still life" and voted high because they liked the shot overall.

Again, I am not hung up on scoring, just thought that it was interesting.
