Hello,

I got a new computer ..yeah !!!!

I have the Neat Image Home + that I purchased about a year ago.

I can't seem to find my username and password for the neat image site in order to install neat image on my new computer.

Can anyone shed some light on options?

Congrats on the new computer!

No suggestions on finding what you need now, but you might consider a free utility like RoboForm. I'd be lost w/o mine as it keeps track of all of my logins.

Cant you contact neat image? They should have record of the sale

I just sent neat image an email.

Thanks for the help

Also, I just may take a look at that "robo" thing!

I would suggest you contact them directly from their web site Contact Page

The unthinkable has happened....

.....I emailed Neat Image last night about 12 midnight about the lost code. When I checked my email this morning I had the code in my inbox ! According to the time stamp on the email, it was sent to me at 4:30am !

The Neat Image people sure know how to keep customers happy !

NeatImage ... that guy Vlad ... is amazing about replying lightning fast! Each time I've purchased a new computer, I've lost my code and that guy has emailed me back immediately. He must never sleep.
