When I use the blending options after I have written text (using PS CS2)I like to use the stroke option, but it always outlines in red. Is there a way to change this ? Thanks in advance !

Open blending options by double clicking on an empty area of the layer in the layer palette (not on the text or the thumbnail), go to stroke, then click on the red box to bring up the colour picker and choose a new colour.
