so this week ive been restoring photos for a friend, going to walmart, and printing them out. today i go there and print off four photos, go to check out, and they say i cant have two of the four.WHAT????? why. because it looks professional. who got to choose if it looks professional?? the clerk at the photodesk, how is it that she can determine if they are professional or not.... she goes, wheres the origional, i say, at home. i scanned it into photoshop and cleaned it up cause it is almost deteriorated... no. this is a professional photo she goes. i said, look theres the scan, here is the new one. are you blind, wouldnt it be the same as if i had walmart restore the photo???? no we wouldnt do that. then why even have a option to let walmart restore old photos. heres the photos. there from Monique64 who asked people if they could help her with restoring them. i thought i would print them so i could use them as a example of what i am capeable of doing for a portfolio im making. oh, i went to shopko, and the guy was like oh good job doing that... wow.... do i gotta go buy a printer. i think i might go there with my professional photos that i have done for people, and record it on a camera raise hell!!:P later i do understand, i didnt have the origional copyright to the photo but i was doing the same thing any other photo store on earth would do with restoring a photo...

You know... If the photo was taken by a photg they should not be printing it. I understand the fustration.... I have had the same issue with family historical images where the photog has been out of business for 50 years or more.... Just go somewhere different, try again with a different server or use a web printing service
