... far fewer threads on the sublties of how we vote, how we comment on comments, how we think images match or not match challenges and so on, and...

... get the focus back on to how to make great images.

('tis a shame that the photopal/ mentoring scheme isn't given enough press. 'tis a shame that more tutorials aren't being written. 'tis a shame that the reasons why we love photography aren't more the focus of the forums...)

I think we can always use positive posts of any kind. If we have a "Rant" forum, we should have a "Praise" forum just to balance things out.
