Just wondering how fishy this fisheye is...

I have the Peleng and am wondering which shows more distortion. I like the distortion but not the manual focus, aperture, etc with the Peleng.

The Peleng is *far* fishier, being about half the focal length of the Canon. In fact, it's possible to shoot the Canon in some orientations and you'd barely know it's a fisheye on an APS-C camera. On a full-frame camera, the 15mm is pretty fishy, almost as much so as the Peleng is on an APS-C camera.
Try this: Set the focus on the Peleng to 6 feet (just under 2 meters) and everything from about 3 feet to infinity should be in focus, even at maximum aperture. It's almost a set-and-forget lens.

Thanks...I will try that.
