I am getting a Nikon D100 and I was just wanting to know if you guys that have one like it. I was just wanting to know what you thought made this camera better than any other and if you all were pleased with the results of the camera. Just wanting input. Thanks!!!!

I've had my D100 since October and compared to my last camera it is amazing. I havent tried the 10d, which seems to be the popular alternative, so cant compare them both but there are plenty of places on the web that has. The results from the cam have been great, although I'm still learning a lot about the different settings. The only thing I have a problem with sometimes is the noise level on higher iso's. If it's your first dSLR experience you'll love it.

| I got a D100 because I already had Nikon lenses. I had two F5's and an 8008 before I got the D100. I'm looking at the other DSLRs from Nikon but so far I can't see that they're much better than the D100; just some different features. I still shoot film but I probably enjoy shooting with the D100 as much or more. |

| Love it, love it, love it! My D100 and I spend oodles of quality time together. You'll love the battery power -- I have gotten more than 700 shots out of one charging! |
