Is there any way to add a forum (that you haven't had an input to, but find interesting) as a bookmark into your profile, so that you can find it at a later time?

Use the "Favorites" feature in your browser.
Create a folder called "DPC Forums", and then (at least in Internet Explorer), when you are reading an interesting forum topic, select "Favorites > Add to favorites..." Click the "Create In >>" button (if it isn't already displaying the folder list for your favorites), selet "DPC Forums" from the "Create In" list and click OK. Presto! Instant bookmarking of your forum faves, nicely organized into a submenu called "DPC Forums". The name of the bookmark will be the title of the forum topic.
