There were a few comments (and thank you for your insights) that are leading me to believe that mayhap many individuals had a problem with the surreal conceptual aspect of this shot.
Others lead me to believe the problem was the gumdrops could not be really there...which is ironic because quite a few of them are in the original shot (Note: Don't ever use a sewing needle to thread gumdrops for it gets VERY messy).
Where there other aspects, problems, or ways to technically improve the image? Please tell me your thoughts.
The gumdrops are falling on the inside of the umbrella because it represents the inner joy radiating from the self rather than outside influences...a rather hard concept to capture and project perhaps. |

it is a shame this one wasn't done for the current candy challenge. would have done very well.

Yup, I was kicking myself after the rollover and announcement of the candy challenge:-)
