well, solved the problem of the previous post!!!!!!!!!
a blade of the stopper it was out from the guide.
my wife has it remittance to place with the pliers for the eyelash!!!!!! this evening he will port my wife to supper outside!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(the doubt who has found the solution after that I looked a new 400d in the store near my home .......the women......)

the lens works also!!!!! my wife is better of the canon assistance :)
