| Hi,quick question here.I've just bought HP laptop,and am having problems downloading my pictures using PSE 5. The photo's download no problem with a card reader,but when I try to download directly from the camera, I get a messege saying it cannot get the thumbnails. Any idea on a solution?, should I un-install the PSE 5, or the canon software...any suggestions appreaciated. |

have you tried using the Canon software to DL the files from the camera? You should double check also that PSE doesnt "modify" the files in any way when it does DL them... just a thought, seen alot of DQ's because of that...
