I have been doing some spring camera cleaning around here... found an old Canon 155A speedlight

Is there anyway to use this in a studio setting? How would i trigger this flash off camera?

Is it possible or should I just put it on the museum shelf with the AE-1?

Not sure about on camera use, but you can use an optical slave to trigger it off camera for studio use. Those usually go for pretty cheap.

Edit to add: It would be completely manual though.
