Hello,

I'm seeking someone who can help me with impressionism challenge.

From what i gather its mainly about light/motion/brush strokes. I have 2 photo's that i have created for this challenge and need advice on whether either of them break the rules for submission (i believe they don't after reading rules but want a safety check :) ) As well, i'd like advice on which i should submit or what things i could do to possible improve them.

if there is a volunteer that would be greatly appreciated :) Just send me a PM or post here and I will contact you.

Thanks in advance,

I would highly suggest you send a ticket to SC for verification on rules.

That was my first though but I was having trouble finding out how to contact site council :( i found some members but didn't want to directly PM them. I was looking around in the forums for a way and found a thread about new members but not about contacting them...

Just looked around again and may have found out how... I used the 'Contact us' page and did a general inquiry... hopefully that is the proper way to go about it :)

That's the proper way, I believe. They should respond in 30 minutes or less or your pizza is free. ;)

I think the reply from SC would be something like this -
What the heck we know, put it into challenge and let the masses decide whether it is DNMC shot or not.
We will probably have a thread or two about it.

Lol ... well there are fewer SC members than site members so probably should be easier to bribe them into not allowing the pic to get DNMC'd :D

Photograph something that would be looked at as a preferred taste, or unique. Your photo should be the only one in the world like it.

Just read the editing rules thouroughly (spelling??) and have a look at the previous Impressionism challenge to get an overall idea. Which photo you send in should be of your own judgement and not be influenced by someone else.

Here at DPC the voters are very unpredictable, so it can allways go both ways with your choice of photo.

So many times I thought I had a good shoot, but most of the times it turned out mediocre. You just can't tell :-)

I'm having serious doubts about my own entry, can't wait to see how it is received. I found it a very hard challenge.
