I seem to be too much of a site ID10T to figure it out.

For the life of me, I can't find the link!!!!

I think it's on the renewal page.

I just renewed my membership and was specifically looking for it, but didn't see it.

That's where I remember seeing it the last time I renewed. If it wasn't there maybe send an admin note.

I just renewed to and it's only visible when you select the annual membership, comes down at the bottom of the page.

Oh....now I see.....

But I just renewed yesterday and it looks like the only way I can upgrade is by adding another year.

NOW what do I do??????

I really don't want to spend the extra $25 right now.

ETA: I just found out from the powers-that-be that the only time I can get more is when I re-up.....sigh.....

It's not that I'm not gonna be here.....I just feel so stupid.....8>)

I know how you feel! I didn't buy any extra either. I think if you put in a ticket you may be OK.

Click on the "Help" tab at the top of the page and then click on "Contact" from the menu. Check off "DPChallenge Adminisrative Inquiry" and leave a message for Langdon explaining your problem. I recently had the same problem trying to purchase more portfolio space after just renewing my membership, and Langdon made some adjustments so that I was able to do that after I contacted him. :)

Has this been resolved yet? I've looked long and hard and I can't find it anywhere.

The best I can do is as others have said earlier - click on Annual Membership....however, I've got a current subscription and just want to buy some more space...

I wish I had realized that when I renewed. I foresee running out of space this year, but I thought it would be more practical to wait until I actually needed it to buy the extra space.

I had this problem a few months ago. A very nice PM to Langdon solved the problem. He has the power to fix this.
